My plan for this project is to blend the FTO front end with the the Talon mid section and the Eclipse rear end. Once completed I hope to have something truley one-of-a-kind. A right hand drive second generation Eclipse with a V6 engine. Most people ask why i'm doing it and my responce is "Because I can."

Here's what i've done so far.
I purchased all my parts back in early December. The project would probably be further along now if it were not for the weather. I completely stripped the 1995 Mitsubishi FTO half cut. I also cut out the radiator core support, dash board support, firewall, and transmission mount. Then I stripped the 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse also removing the radiator core support and firewall. The engine from the FTO was test fit in the Eclipse and it was determined I would have to move the transmission mount forward. Well thats pretty much it for now but I'll be working on it this weekend so look for an update soon. Thanks for checking it out.

Well I got some more cutting done today but thats about it

I put the rear end back together and the car sits alot lower now with the new suspension. All thats left now is some welding then I can get into putting the rest of the car back together.
